About Us

It started with two passions: snacking on freeze-dried fruit and working with my local farmers who grow the food I love. But when I looked around, I couldn’t find any freeze-dried fruit made from truly local, produce—so I took matters into my own hands.

What began as a personal project has grown into a small, community-rooted business. We partner with farm vendors from the Joshua Tree Farmers Market and other local growers to source fresh, pesticide-free fruit at its peak. From there, we freeze-dry it in small batches to create crisp, naturally sweet snacks that celebrate the flavors of our region.
